Thank God for His faithfullness in the vision given for the community of Vignier, Haiti. Spite of the circumtances, we keep moving forward.

I needed a big generator to power the actual compound ( Church, cafeteria, sleeping quarter, my home, the yard, future orphanage) plus the kindergaten, primary and secondary school, 2 electrical pumps, charging inverters, etc). I realized that a 45KVA is needed to do the job. The price: $22,900. I shared the vision with a friend in MC and soon after told me that God has put on his heart to give $10, 000 towards it. A friend in TX gave $500 and our friend in Canada raised the balance of $12,475. The dealer would deliver it this April for they had to order their stock in Japan.

I also needed a another smaller 10 KW Diesel generator in order to save money when not running all the compounds for gas is very expensive and someone in PA was able to raise the $10,000 to buy it. Both are “ DENYO” brand. They are quality generator, superquiet. I shared the vision and the funds came it and I did what the money was allocated for. Praise God.

The 30’ high water tower is done for the new school building. ( Scary on top-concrete poured by hand). Now, we need to plaster it and also build some walls underneath it for some showers for we also intend to use the building for when we have adult and youth conventions, pastors seminars, etc.

2 master plumbers + half master came from Florida to install toilets, sinks, aluminum urinal and put all the plumbing in. I still have some work to do as laying ceramic tile in the bathrooms, put dividers inside bathrooms, paint, lay out a leech field, etc.

The big challenge now is the room dividers on the second floor. I have been in touch with an engineer in Port-au-Prince, with God’s favor, my smile, my negotiation skills, the company would put the rooms dividers for US$57,900. The first quote was $106,000. The building is 120’x80’. The materials would be very light, nice and earthquake resistant. Please continue to be a part in giving one of the best school building to those children in Vignier, Haiti. Please be a part.

Besides that, we need to complete the windows that would also cost about $18,000. More work still to be done but somehow we will get there. This elephant will be eaten by many powerful lions and awesome like you. Please, let me know what you can do to make this dream a reality as I also rely on your prayer for we want No more canopies in September for the students.

My cousin who left her home over 3 months ago are doing fine but begin to miss their mom big time and begin to feel the void. I was able to get money to pay 4 months of school for them.

Keep being a blessing to God’s Kingdom and to humanity.

Yours seriously from the beautiful Island of Haiti

To all my Dear Friends,

From my knowledge, 2010 has been one of the most difficult years in Haiti. Earthquake, natural catastrophe, Cholera, political violences, etc. Most people do not even think about Christmas because they are overwhelmed with the country’s situation. In Vignier, the church has been praying every 4:00 in the morning and we plan to continue to do that for another 2 weeks for we know that God thinks about Haiti. As the wise men bowed before the baby Jesus in the manger, may myself, all Haiti, all America, all Canada, all England etc, bow before Him and recognized that He is worthy to be celebrated.

Thank you all for being a great blessing to us during this difficult year with your prayers, your support, your food, your letters, your e-mails, your words of encouragement, etc, to help us rebuild and to keep the ministry alive. Without God and without you we will not be able to make it. You have been a blessing.

I join my voice with all the Haitian people in which lives you are part of to wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year 2011.

Benite, Michaelle, Daisie and all your Haitian Friends
