Dear Friends & Kingdom Builders,
I want to thank you all for your prayers, your concern and your support to us after that earthquake that destroys the capital and other places. I am forever grateful for your solidarity and you have responded well. Thank you for your e-mails that encourages me to keep working and help the people of Haiti. I am recuperating bit by bit, even though once in a while I would hear the big noise. Please, pray for my back that is aching. I do not know if something fell on me during the earthquake.
Let me update you a little bit.
1.- My internet is working now and I can check more often.
2. Keep praying for Haiti and its government that Haiti would not loose this opportunity to rise up. Pray that it leaders would have the vision and wisdom to get Haiti out. Let it be a double portion for Haiti.
3. The church is doing well and just after that earthquake, we have over 60 people that came to the Lord. That ‘s good and we pray that more would continue to come. We will need to get more french Bibles old & New.
4.- The office of Lynx Air is opened now and you can send your mail there. Here is again the address:
Benite Jeune
c/o Lynx Air
P.O.Box 407139
Ft. Lauderdale, Fl 33340
USA
Please, do not send packages right now with heavy items, only envelops.
5. The P.O Box in Port-au-Prince has collapsed and those that had sent packages for their sponsored children, their children would not get it. Everything have lost from the post office in P-au-P. Please, do not send anything to that P.O.Box in P-au-P.
6.There is a company called MAF( Missionary Aviation Fellowship) that flies items into Haiti right now. You pay 1.50 dollar and I can pick up the items in Haiti free of taxes. If I could take this advantage to receive some solar panels and rolls Royce batteries that would be a blessing. Also, for those who want to send care package that will probably be the best way to do it now and it has to be a certain size so that it would not be lost in the many packages.
Blessings
Love,
Benite
